Frequently Asked Questions
Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that focuses on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body alignment. It helps with posture, injury prevention, and building long, lean muscles.
We offer both Mat and Reformer Pilates to give you a complete experience. Mat classes use your body weight to build strength and control, while Reformer classes use a specialised machine with resistance springs to deepen the workout, improve alignment, and support or challenge you where needed.
If you’re new, we recommend starting with either a beginner-friendly Mat class or an introductory Reformer session. Our classes are suitable for beginners and advanced clients alike. Our instructors guide you through each movement and offer modifications based on your fitness level.
Wear comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move freely. For Reformer classes, grip socks are recommended for stability and hygiene. We keep our studio environment clean, calm, and welcoming. Grip socks can also be purchased at reception.
Booking is simple - you can reserve your spot online through our website. We recommend booking ahead, as our Mat and Reformer classes are intentionally kept small for a more personalised experience.
